I have to say I could totally use this right now because our dishwasher is on the fritz.  We’ve had someone come out to our home 2 times already ($100 each time) and it turns out we just needed to reset the control panel.  Had we had Total Tech Support, I bet we could have figured that out over the phone which would have saved us a lot of time and money.
