Do you have a flat screen tv mounted on your wall with wires hanging down behind them? I feel like this is a problem so many people have and lets face it, it doesn’t look great.

So what are your options? Well, you can create a make shift hole in your wall and drop wires down but then you get something that looks like this. Which I can tell you, is not ideal, especially if you ever go to sell your home…time to start patching
So what if I told you there was an easier way to hide your wires for your TV inside the wall and it would look like a professional did it. That there’s no no electrical wiring and you could do it by yourself and you wouldn’t need a handyman to come over and install it!
That’s right…Enter the Legrand In-Wall Power Kit. It retails for $79.99 at Best Buy. It comes with everything you need to do the job (including a saw to cut your drywall) and it takes less than an hour to complete.

It comes with a saw that easily allows you to cute a perfect circle whole in your drywall and you basically cut a hole behind your TV as well as another hole by an outlet. I have to admit I was so surprised how easy this was to do. Once you have your holes, you use fish tape which allows you to feed the wires between the two holes behind the wall. Then you pop in the grommets and connect your cables and voila, it’s that simple. I’ve included a video at the top of the blog that shows you how easy it is to do!
NOTE: If you feel like you aren’t up for the install yourself you can always have the Geek Squad come over and do it for you!
