I LIVE for Bullet Proof coffee…it get’s my body into a Ketogenic state and it sustains my energy levels through the morning into the afternoon. Typically it is suggested to be consumed as a replacement for breakfast in the morning because of the high fat content. Trust me – it is filling, delicious and doesn’t give you that crash! Moms and busy women…this is a MUST try.
Here’s how I make mine:
- 1-2 cups hot coffee
- 1 tsp of Ghee
- 1 tsp Brain Octane Oil (use this stuff on a gradient – it’s powerful stuff)
- 4 drops of Vanilla Cream Stevia
- Unsweetened Coconut Milk (or Almond)
Using a blender (not a spoon), blend coffee, Ghee, Brain Octane Oil, Stevia and Coconut Milk. Serve, sit back and enjoy!
